A MOTHER'S LOVE...(part 2.) THE FOOD!!

From my Humble Kitchen,
We had a relaxed "cookout" today with the whole family celebrating Mother's Day.

Pasta of the Day:
Homemade Fresh Lobster Pasta...
Cooked with French Butter, Olive Oil and Drizzles of Fresh Parsley...



The Soup:
Minestrone Soup 
Cooked with Organic Asparagus,Broccoli, Tomatoes, Kabocha Squash (*instead of Carrots),... adding sweetness to the soup...



The Appetizer:
Bruschetta
Served with Prosciutto, Truffle Oil and chopped Parsleys...



The Steak:
Grilled Angus Striploin Meat
(*Medium Cooked...)




The Desserts:
 My Mother's Homegrown Organic Mangoes..
Totally Sweeties...^@^
