Spicy Scallop Maki...
Sauteed Scallop with Mushrooms and chopped Chili. This tasted more like a fusion between Japanese and Chinese food. I think a lot of the cooked Akashi food has that, but they are surely fresh!
Grilled Buta with Sesame Sauce.

The Akashi Japanese Steak.
Thinly Sliced, Medium Cooked.

*Tips: If you order cheaper maki, sushi or sashimi, they won't serve you the freshly grated wasabi!! hahaha
